The re-apply time frame allows applicants to only apply once in a 24 hour time period without any time limitations up until the advertisement closes. For continuous advertisements, applicants may continue to re-apply without any time limitations up until the position has been filled. The Law Offices of the Public Defender will continue to utilize the most current application received, when duplicate applications are submitted.

Applicants cannot make changes/edits to a previously submitted application; however, an applicant may re-apply for an open position. The most recent application received will be used when duplicate applications are submitted. Please note, once a position closes (recruitment ends), an applicant may not re-apply for the position. Attachments do not attach automatically based on what was submitted with a previous application; applicants will need to attach documents each time they apply. The last 15 attachments uploaded are available to attach when applying for a position; applicants only have to upload the attachment if it is new or it was not one of the last 15 documents that have been attached previously.
